Terms and Conditions

for the purchase of goods and services, freely translated from the Italian version with the help of Google Translate ( March 27 TH 2010 )

1. Object of the service.

The Dealer Milan Point Estero SAGL, Limited Liability Company, registered at the Registry of Commerce, headquartered in Agno, Via Oro 5, Ticino, Switzerland, is the Authorized Sales Representative since September 1990 in the ticketing service for AC Milan.
The contact person is the person who makes the purchase with electronic access.
Nominative ticket: ticket containing the personal information of the person who will attend the match.
3. Admission ticket and Limitations.
All Carriers admission tickets to enter the Stadium shall be with a valid admission tickets and a valid identification document (Identity Card or Passport) to be shown at safeguards stadium.
It is mandatory to identify the documents of each and all persons who will attend the match. It is therefore necessary to supply the requested personal data for such purposes. Anyone who enters the stadium with incorrect access documents will be subject to penalties.
You may hand over to another person your right to access the stadium, if and when the Organizer will allow you to change the name.
Restrictions on the sale: Online ticketing service is available only for Foreign and Italian residents abroad.
4. Data to issue a ticket.
To print the nominative ticket should be provided for each person who will attend the race the following information: Name, Date of Birth (dd, mm, yyyy) Nationality, Type of valid personal document (Passport / Identity Card) and number of it.
The contact person is asked to fill out the form correctly, accurately and truthfully; Milan Point Estero SAGL not responsible for any errors transmitted in the form.
Milan Point Estero SAGL can not guarantee the title to access where the personal data required by Form, completed and transmitted, are incorrect, are not true, and data to the control of documents do not match those sent.
All data will be stored electronically 3 days after each race.
5. Price of admission ticket.
Milan Point Estero SAGL lists for each race, the areas available for reservation, and their prices in Swiss Francs.
To purchase on-line : fill out the form, choose the method of payment, select the events shown on the Home Page and under the form to be completed and choose your preference (1st, 2nd, or 3rd ring ,red , orange, blue or green).
The price charged by Milan Point Estero SAGL for admission tickets is the sum of the face value printed on the same cards for access with rights increased . Milan Point Estero SAGL reserves the right to apply on every sales transaction in administrative expenses and service fees for payment made in Post Office, Banking service or Credit Card, incurred / paid in cash, depending on agreements with the Organizer and in any case at its discretion. All and any such increases will be explicitly highlighted in the email order confirmation for the payment request. If such expenses and / or the price of admission tickets are not accepted by the Contact Person, when he will receive the mail of confirmation Order, it s possible to refuses to pay and cancel automatically the order placed.
In the notes there is the opportunity to submit to Milan Point Estero SAGL special requests and more detailed.
Before forward order, is required by Organizer and the Dealer to accept these Terms and Conditions of Contract.
6.Payment methods.
Tools and methods of payment that Milan Point Estero SAGL accepted are: Bank transfer :only Swiss Francs
Payment in/with post Office PTT :only Swiss francs, Payment by Credit Card - VISA and Master Card: All Currencies
Milan Point Estero SAGL reserves the right to apply restrictions and exclusions to the payment instruments used by the Customer, for security reasons
7.Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
Milan Point Estero SAGL recognize the importance of protecting information collected from Users in the operation of this website, and to take all reasonable steps to maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of information in accordance with the safety standard and data protection. By submitting your data to Milan Point Estero SAGL you consent to the management and utilization of them in the practices described in this document. Milan Point Estero SAGL will ensure that all personally identifiable information collected through the purchase process will be adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purpose of running this web site or service maintained below, and will be held in an archive based on the information provided and that will be deleted when no longer needed
Credit card transactions take place directly between the contact person and Aduno SA. The code of credit card is only used for payment transaction in respect of an amount and a transaction number, and if the payment is successful, Milan Point Estero SAGL will receives from Aduno SA a notification that payment was successful.
8. Procedure for reservation.
The scheme developed for the online sale ,will send ,after a few seconds of receipt of the order, to the contact person, a confirmation e-mail notification of data / order ,that is not confirmation of admission tickets required, but a check on the data provided.
In the next 24 hours, Milan Point Estero SAGL will send the confirmation of the order with the sum to be paid included the cost and administrative service fees, bank details and / or postal charges and the number order to be mentioned in the payment .In the absence of receipt of this message within 24 hours containing the information listed above, the order sent by the contact person is considered cancelled and rejected by Milan Point Estero SA
Upon receipt of payment, the program sends an email confirmation of payment, which may be presented as evidence at the withdrawal of admission tickets, it will show the place of the event and the terms outlined in it. 9. Withdrawal of admission tickets.
Admission tickets are not mailed or sent by courier. Delivery is only at stadium, site of the event, race day, bringing its own identity document and indicating the number of order/ practice and / or copy of payment. Each ticket holder withdraws his nominative ticket for access.
To collect the ticket for access, the holder of the access, must mention the order number / practice to trace its reservation.
The holder of the access ,can collect his ticket ,only at the San Siro stadium on the day of the match, if the match it s scheduled in San Siro stadium, showing his identity card or Passport and indicating the order number / practice.
In the 3 hours preceding the start of the match Milan Point Estero SAGL will be expecting the holder of the access at San Siro Stadium in the Box Accrediti in front of gate # 7, counter # 67 ESTERO, for the delivery of the tickets.
The management of security of the stadium, requires counter # 67 ESTERO to close peremptorily 30 minutes before the beginning of the match.
NOTE: ON NOVEMBER 23 TH 2011 , DAY OF THE MATCH AC MILAN VS BARCELLONA,THE COUNTER # 67 ESTERO WILL CLOSE AT 20:00.
The only possibility to collect the ticket is at the stadium or other place designated by the Organizer if the event is Abroad.
The Organizer will inform the holder of the ticket, the place where to pick up the nominative ticket at the stadium.
If the event is abroad, the Organizer will tell the exact location of the stadium where the race takes place, indicating the times and methods for collection.
10. Renounce and compensation
Milan Point Estero SAGL will not compensate in any way the owner of the ticket name if he will not be in time and at place specified. For whatever reason is not withdrawn your ticket, Milan Point Estero SAGL does not compensate the payment made and / or other expenses incurred by the holder to book it and to collect it.
11. Reimbursement
Not expected reimbursement, or the price of admission tickets or any additional fees, in case of cancellation by the Customer. In case of sale by electronic means, which is that used by Milan Point Estero SAGL and covered by these general terms of sale / contract, The holder of the ticket name can not be compensated as stipulated in the article 55 of the Consumer Code.
Milan Point Estero SAGL can not guarantee the title to access where the personal data required by Form, completed and transmitted, are incorrect, are not true, and data to the control of documents do not match those sent.
Milan Point Estero SAGL no compensation and / or refund the payment and / or other expenses incurred by the holder of access if the control of the documents necessary for the withdrawal of its admission ticket, points out that the data recorded on the identification document does not correspond to those sent in the form.
12. Event Postponed and or Cancelled.
If changes occur in the planning and / or the time table of an event, the bearer of admission tickets will not be entitled to obtain title to the replacement of its input or to be reimbursed, subject to any other provisions of the Organizer, responsible entity of any changes.
Where an event is cancelled, the Customer, bearer of the Title of access to that event may request to be reimbursed with the exception of administrative costs and service fees charged for performing the service. Only if Milan Point Estero SAGL will delegated by the Organizer, will refund in times and with procedures adopted by the Organizer . The admission tickets for that event can not be exchanged for title of access to other events.
13. Replacement of ticket name
In any case, Milan Point Estero SAGL will not replace the nominative ticket for access in the event if it is lost, damaged or destroyed or if the nominative ticket have been stolen or is even partially illegible.
14.Responsibility
Milan Point Estero SAGL assumes no liability for costs and damages, direct or indirect, of any nature suffered by the holder of access in relation to the booking of the admission tickets and to collect it.
Milan Point Estero SAGL also reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or discontinue any reservation duty for technical reasons and / or organization
15. Applicability of rules
Even if any of the rules under these general conditions of contract is unenforceable, the other will continue to have full effect.
The purchase contract between Milan Point Estero SAGL and the Customer concerning the nominative ticket, will be construed and governed by Swiss law. The Forum of Lugano has exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising out of or otherwise connected with these general conditions of contract
Milan Point Estero SAGL reserves the right, whenever it deems it necessary to amend and / or supplement these general conditions of contract. The updated version will be available at www.mpestero.com
These general conditions of contract, the various rules set out in the various phases of the sales process through electronic means, where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between Client and Milan Point Estero SAGL
16. Here are the rules of the San Siro stadium in Milan
Access to and retention in the Stadium will be accepted by the viewer of this Regulation and the regulations issued by FIFA, UEFA, the Football League, the Public Safety Authority
. RULES OF CONDUCT

- Pets of any kind

. enter and remain in the stadium while drunk or under the influence of drugs and psychotropic
. stop near passages, exits and entrances along the routes of access, exodus and any other escape
. any act aggressive or offensive to the stewards and, in general, the screening staff and security

. Climbing on the structures of the stadium
. make leaflets of any kind or any purpose not authorized in writing by the
. Any form of propaganda of any kind or any purpose not authorized in writing by the

. The stadium is monitored by cameras both inside and outside;
. The personal information of purchasers of securities of access are processed for the purpose and manner prescribed by law and by contract for the purchase of admission tickets;
. The following acts constitute a crime under the law and are punished with fines and penalties such as the banning of the stadiums, the arrest and imprisonment:
- Travis;
- Display of emblems or symbols of groups or associations that spread discrimination or violence for racial, ethnic, national or religious;
- Launching dangerous objects;
- Incitement to violence or call in competition racing
